Hi there,
There’s something about summer that brings people together good weather, good company, and even better food. So from my heart to yours, I wanted to share a little something special: one of my favorite dishes to throw on the grill when the sun is shining and the vibes are right.

This Peach Habanero Salmon is the perfect balance of sweet and heat. It’s bold, it’s fresh, and it’s guaranteed to wake up your taste buds. Whether you’re cooking for family, friends, or just treating yourself, this dish brings that summer energy straight to your plate.
Peach Habanero Salmon
Serves 4–6
Ingredients
•    2–3 lbs salmon fillet
•    2 habanero peppers
•    2–3 fresh peaches
•    3 Tbsp minced garlic
•    2 tsp salt
•    2 Tbsp Annette’s Love Inspired Seafood Seasoning
•    ½ tsp oregano
•    3 Tbsp avocado oil
•    1 Tbsp lime zest
•    3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
•    3 Tbsp honey
•    ½ cup water
Recommended Kitchen Equipment
•    Blender
•    Glass bowl
•    Grill pan
•    Casserole dish
•    Aluminum foil

Step One
Rinse and pat the salmon fillet dry, then set aside.
In a small pot, heat water over medium heat. Add the habanero peppers and peaches, cooking until tender. Remove from heat. Discard the peach pits, and remove stems and seeds from the habaneros.
Step Two
Add the peaches and habaneros to a blender. Mix in lime zest, lime juice, honey, and avocado oil. Blend into a smooth purée. Add salt and seafood seasoning, then blend for another minute until fully combined.
Step Three
Place the salmon fillet into a casserole dish and pour the purée over it, making sure both sides are well coated. Cover and let marinate for 10–12 minutes.
Step Four
Heat a grill pan over medium heat until hot and lightly coat with cooking spray. Place the salmon skin-side down and grill for 5–6 minutes. Flip and cook another 5–6 minutes. For medium-well or well-done, cook an additional 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

I won’t always be giving away free recipes, but this one felt right for the season. If you’re enjoying it, drop a comment and let me know what you think I should share next. I just might make it happen.
